Terms of Service

Riftarc is an independent companion for card discovery, collection management, deck building, rules reference, tournament information and source-specific market observations. It is not a game client and does not grant rights to third-party card art, rules or brands.

You must be legally able to accept these terms and meet the minimum age required in your country. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

• Do not abuse, disrupt, probe or bypass service security or rate limits.
• Do not harvest data or access providers contrary to their terms.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or malicious content.
• Do not impersonate others or manipulate tournaments, markets or community features.

You retain ownership of original content you create. You grant Riftarc a limited license to host, process, display and distribute it only as needed to operate features you select. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

Mobile purchases are billed by Apple or Google and managed through their terms and refund rules. Purchases are available in the iOS and Android apps and reflected in Riftarc through RevenueCat. Price, billing period, renewal terms and the applicable billing provider are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel a mobile subscription through the relevant store.

The card database, rules, collection, history, manual deck building, and deterministic legality checks do not require Patreon support. Each account receives a stated weekly allowance for server-funded AI processing. A completed request counts against that allowance; a provider failure returns it.

Eligible Patreon support is optional and helps cover Patreon and payment fees and third-party AI processing. It is not payment for access to the core app. Supporter access depends on an active eligible Patreon tier and may stop when Patreon reports that the membership is no longer entitled.

As an alternative, you may provide your own OpenAI API key. Riftarc does not charge for that path, but OpenAI may charge the account that owns the key under its own terms. You are responsible for securing, revoking, and monitoring your key.

Identification, prices, grading adjustments, legality, AI suggestions, event details and tier rankings may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Market values are source observations—not purchase offers, appraisals or financial advice. Verify important decisions with the linked source.

The current weekly AI allowance and reset time are displayed in the app. Deterministic deck validation and manual deck-building tools do not consume the allowance.

Riftarc software, interface, original text and branding are protected by applicable law. Riftbound, Riot Games, UVS Games, card art and related marks belong to their respective owners. Riftarc is independent and unofficial.

Features can change as rules, licenses, providers and platforms evolve. We may suspend a feature to protect users, comply with law or provider terms, or maintain the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent access to third-party data.

You may stop using Riftarc and request account deletion. We may restrict access for material violations, fraud, security risk or legal necessity. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to appeal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riftarc is provided “as is” and “as available.” We exclude implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
